EXPANSION BELLOWS

How a Bellow Work:

The Metal bellows is a flexible seal and is designed when Thermal movements occurs in the piping system it is the Basic Elements of expansion bellows
Expansion Bellows may be subjected to Axial Movement, Lateral Movement, Angular Movement or any combination of these movements Thermal or Functional (Mechanical).

Axial Movement Lateral Movement Angular Movement

Single Axial Bellows

The simplest type of expansion joint consists of a single bellows element, which is welded to end fittings, usually flange or pipe ends. These single bellows are also used for absorbing small amount of axial, lateral and angular movement. Furthermore, to enhance the designing flexibility to a piping system, a wide range of tie rods are added to a single bellows assembly. To eradicating the requirement of main anchors, the tie rods are generally fastened to the pipe or flange with lugs. These lugs further carry the pressure thrust of the system.

Rectangular Bellows

Our immense industry experience enables us to manufacture and export a wide range of Rectangular Bellows, which is simple to construct and consists of a single bellows element welded to end fittings, normally flange or pipe ends. Designed using quality material, these bellows are used to absorb small amount of axial, lateral and angular movement. Further, to add single bellow assemblies on to the design flexibility to a piping system, tie rods are added, which are connected to the pipe or flange with the help of lugs. These lugs pass the pressure thrust of the system with the need for main anchors.
Universal Bellows

Designed using premium quality raw material, our range of Axial Bellows is high in demand by the clients. These bellows are available with pipes or flanges and are known for the features like dimensional accuracy, high tensile strength and long service life. Universal Bellow with Weld End Only

The simplest type of expansion joint consists of a Double bellows element, with Weld End   as End Connection .
